Saddleworth Antiques Collectables & Gifts is run by Rod and Anna Forrest, who are a husband and wife team, they live locally.
They have been actively trading online, at Antique fairs, and have been buying and selling at major auction houses e.g.: Bonham’s, for five years.
Anna has a degree in History and English and has been a collector of books, historic costume and other collectables for many years.
Rod has vast experience of sourcing and selling Maritime, and general antiques and collectables on the south coast of England.
They are proud to have a bricks and mortar shop in Greenfield Saddleworth and will continue to offer the same high levels of customer service and attention to detail as always.
SADDLEWORTH
Is an area between Oldham in Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire, it consists mainly of Pennine moorland, but also has several villages all with their own unique charm and character.
Uppermill which is the shopping centre of Saddleworth, this charming village has a wonderful array of village shops, here you will find a perfect gift or a keepsake for yourself.
Greenfield is mainly a residential village. It also has the only railway station in Saddleworth and is the main road to the tourist attraction of Dovestones reservoir.

The other villages including Dobcross, Delph and Lydgate are smaller but are Pennine villages steeped in charm and character.
Until the local government re organisation in 1974 Saddleworth was in the county of West Yorkshire, but now it is under the control of the county of Greater Manchester and in the borough of Oldham although its heart is still in Yorkshire. It still commerates its Yorkshire roots with a Yorkshire day held every year.
